My digitisation request was declined by the library. Can I resubmit my request?

Yes. Check the Request Digitisation how-to guide to ensure you have provided all the necessary information with your request. It must also comply with copyright limits of one chapter or 10% of the total number of pages per title. Digitisations will not be provided where there is an ebook, or the material is available in Course Readings as a digital copy (PDF).
If you are unsure of the chapter you require, search for the book/item in Library Search, select the correct title and scroll to the book details. Check the contents field for the chapter details and include this information with your request.
